Zero-click searches can include brand names. A zero-click search occurs when a user types a query into a search engine and finds the answer directly on the search results page without clicking any links. This can happen with both branded and non-branded queries. For example, if someone searches for "Nike customer service number" or "Apple stock price," Google may display that information instantly at the top of the page. In these cases, the query includes a brand name, but the user doesn't need to click through to a website. So, while zero-click searches are often associated with quick, informational, or non-branded queries, they can absolutely include brand-related searches where users get what they need right from the search result.
